1. Superintendent search
The board talked to Mike Ronin, SWPRSC, via phone and he explained his procedure and price for conducting a superintendent search for the district.
Craig Sloan moved, seconded by Heath Perry to procure the services of southwest plains regional service center, Sublette, for a superintendent for the 2020-2021 school year. Motion carried 7 yea.
2. Second reading new policies
Craig Sloan moved, seconded by Camron Funk to approve the 1st policy, CEG: superintendent’s professional development opportunities, as presented. Motion carried 7 yea.
Craig Sloan moved, seconded by Todd Selzer to approve the 2nd policy, CEF: expenses reimbursement and credit cards, as presented. Motion carried 7 yea.
Ab Smith moved to adjourn at 8:00 p.m.
