Riley Sentenced in District Court
Jarid Riley appeared in Wallace County District Court on December 5, 2018. Riley had been charged with Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia, both Class B Misdemeanors. Riley plead guilty to count 1 Possession of Marijuana in a plea agreement dismissing count 2 Possession of Paraphernalia. Riley was sentenced to a 6-month jail term which was suspended. Riley was placed on 12 months supervised probation with court services. Additionally, Riley has been ordered to pay a $200 fine and is responsible for all fees and costs associated with the case in the amount of $218.
