Mike Ronen presented to the board his proposal for beginning the superintendent search. The board and Mr. Ronen discussed the direction to go for this selection.
Cecil Pearce moved, seconded by Camron Funk to go into executive session for twenty (20) minutes, to discuss superintendent search, and return to this room at 7:35 p.m. the board invites Mike Ronen and Val Poe in. Motion carried 6 yea.
Cecil Pearce moved, seconded by Heath Perry, to go back into executive session for twenty-five (25) minutes, for the purpose of discussing superintendent search, and return to this room at 8:00 p.m. the board invites Mike Ronen and Val Poe in. Motion carried 6 yea.

Todd Selzer moved, seconded by Heath Perry to approve the senior trip to Taos, New Mexico. Motion carried 6 yea.
2. Approval of contract addendum: Inga Sloan, life skills class
Todd Selzer moved, seconded by Heath Perry to revise her contract to include the second semester. Motion carried 5 yea. 1 abstain (Sloan)
3. Approve substitute list: Kody Van Laeys
Camron Funk moved, seconded by Todd Selzer to approve adding Kody Van Laeys to our substitute list. Motion carried 6 yea.
4. Policy on lunch bills for staff;
The board discussed our policy on staff lunches. The board instructed Mr. Orton and Mr. Huff to set the dollar amount cut-off at $20.00 and to inform the staff member(s) that they will no longer be allowed to eat until said bill is paid in full.
5. Outgoing board members recognition
The outgoing board members, Karli Springsteel, Cecil Pearce, Ab Smith and Heath Perry were presented with a small gift for serving on the board. Cecil Pearce 20 years, Ab Smith 8 years, Karli Springsteel and Heath Perry, 4 years. Also the board gave a welcome to the new board members, Stephanie Pearce, Ross Cox, Chance Rains and Mark Kuhlman.
