Commissioner Proceedings 2/5/25

The Wallace County Board of Commissioners met in a special session with, Becky Larson, Chairperson Will Walker, Commissioner, Brian Gailey, Commissioner, and Micaila Lock, County Clerk present.  
Chair Larson called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm
Chair Larson moved to return to executive session for 5 mins. and return at 5:05 pm. Invited are the 3 commissioners, Commissioner Walker seconded.
Return to regular session no action taken
Christine Smith, Maggie Figurilli, Kim Frodin, Marshall Unruh, Sherri Vincent, Debbie Welsh, Lance Finley entered the meeting. 
Chair Larson brought up the concerns with the personnel matters that have been going on. 
Maggie brought up what we could do to help solve the problem. 
Kim discussed what she thinks might help with solving the problem. 
Christine brought up schedules and all offices need to get things out by. 
Chair Larson has spoken to someone to figure out people’s personality to learn how we can all work together.
Sherri talked about making sure that bills are coded the correct way. 
Lance brought up some of the errors that have been made and have the accountable to own up to mistakes that were made.
Marshals discussed who oversees what office. 
Debbie brought up how everything has been this way for years. 
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned 5:55 pm
