Commissioner Proceedings 9/11/25 Special

November 28, 2025

The Wallace County Board of Commissioners met in a special session with Becky Larson, Chairperson Will Walker, Commissioner, Brian Gailey, Commissioner, and Micaila Lock, County Clerk present.

Lissa Sexson, Wallace County Community Development entered the meeting.

Doug Hutchison, Developer, entered the meeting

Chair Larson called the meeting to order at 12:00 P.M.

Doug discussed with the commissioners the selling of county property and what the commissioner discovered on selling the county property. After talking to County Attorney on what county to do in order to sale the property to the developer or trade it to the city for them to sale it to the developer for housing development.

Lissa, Doug and the commissioners discussed what this development might bring to the future of our community.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:50 pm
