The USD 241 Board of Education met in session, Wednesday August 19, 2026 at 5:00 pm. BOE members in attendance were: Ross Cox, Stephanie Johnson, Mark Kuhlman, Bruce McKain, Darrin Summers and Dan Brooks. Sandy Cullens was absent. Highlights from the meeting include:

After the pledge of allegiance, the BOE, Mrs. Crawford and Mr. Bill Biermann (KASB represented) worked on goal setting and expectations.

This was a working open session meeting with Mr. Biermann presenting his powerpoint presentation. As he worked through his powerpoint, there were question and answer sessions for BOE members as well as Mrs. Crawford.

At the end, Mr. Biermann collected all items and will return items to BOE and Mrs. Crawford in a collaborative form to be utilized in the future.
