Roll Call:  Ross Cox, President, Stephanie Johnson, Vice President, Craig Sloan, Camron Funk, Sandy Cullens, Brad Chubb, Mark Kuhlman arrived at 6:36, Christy Hammer, Superintendent, Andrew Korte, Athletic Director, JoAnna Basgall, Clerk, Patrons
Approval of agenda:  Brad Chubb moved, seconded by Craig Sloan, to approve the agenda as presented, motion passed, 7-0.

Minutes of February 12, 2024 regular meeting,
Minutes of February 16, 2024 special meeting
Approval of warrants: general funds
Approval of financial reports

Approval of consent items:  Brad Chubb moved, seconded by Stephanie Johnson, to approve the conscent items 2. Thru 5., and approve item 1. Next month.  Motion passed, 7-0.
Athletic/activities director: Andrew Korte gave his presentation
Administrative reports:
A. NWKSC – Stephanie Johnson - in packet and gave report
B. NWKTC - Bruce Bolen – no report
C. Principal - Matt Brown – Mrs. Hammer handed out report
D. Superintendent - Christy Hammer gave her presentation
Executive session: non-elected personnel: Mark Kuhlman moved, seconded by Camron Funk, that the board go into executive session for ten (10) minutes for non-elected personnel, to protect the theprivacy rights of said persons and return to this room at 7:19, inviting the board, Mrs. Hammer and Mr. Korte. Motion passed 7-0.
Discussion/action items:
1. LOB: Mark Kuhlamn moved, seconded by Stephanie Johnson, to approve the option to use the 33% LOB, motion passed, 7-0.
2. Select negotiations team: Camron Funk, Stephanie Johnson and Sandy Cullens are selected to the USD #241 board negotioations team for 2024-2025. 
3.  Resignations: Craig Sloan moved, seconded by Brad Chubb, to accept the resignation from Rebecca Edwards as student council sponsor as of May, 2024.  Motion passed. 7-0.
Brad Chubb moved, seconded by Camron Funk to accept the resignation from Gabrielle Kroetch as the title 1 teacher as of May, 2024. Motion passed, 7-0.
Brad Chubb moved, seconded by Mark Kuhlman, to accept the resignation from Grady Hammer as the Jr. High footbal coach. Motion passed, 7-0.
Adjournment: Ross Cox called the meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
