Commissioner Proceedings 4/7/24

The Wallace County Board of Commissioners met in special session with, Larry Townsend, Chairman, Michael Cowles, Commissioner, Becky Larson, Commissioner, and Brionna Colvin, County Clerk present.
Duane Barber, Building and Grounds Supervisor and Will Walker, W&C Plumbing entered the meeting.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Townsend for business at 7:27 p.m.
Duane and Will discussed the issues that have been happening in the sewer in the basement of the courthouse. The sewer in the basement has been backing up more frequently recently. Will has been unclogging the sewer multiple times and him and Duane think it is time that something needs to be replaced. 
Discussion on how to handle the sewer was discussed. 
The commissioners agreed to have Will tear up a small strip in the basement to see if the pipes are broke and possibly repair the pipes.
Will will get it on the schedule and get it done as soon as possible.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
